The current research aims at investigating the adventurous capitaft as a modern concept and aftternative in financing and investment fieftd on equaftfty and the possibiftity of appftying it in Iraq, as weftft as, referring to experiments of some western and Arabs countries, and making use of it. Whereas, some of them their experiments for to more than (25) years, others are stiftft crawfting but they do not reach to the ripeness ftike the Arabs countries. Besides presenting an anaftysis for British adventurous capitaft association for being one of the most important speciaftized associations in Europe in focusing on investment fieftd in the United Kingdom in comparison with the rest of worftd countries, aftso emphasizing on the importance of the existence speciaftized companies and associations in investing with adventurous capitaft for saving the information about the size of the invested capitaft in different projects and geographicaft areas and for different financing  stages  and  the  methods  foftftowed  to  get  out  from  the  projects.  The researcher  is  recommending  the  necessity of  forming  a  strong  financiaft  market and  providing  a  financiaft  toofts  participate  in  dispftaying  and  sustaining  the adventurous capitaft on Baghdad Stocks Body, and fftoating a guide for the investor to inform him with the adventurous capitaft and its importance.
